Contacted EcoGreen Carpet Clean after completing several weeks of a house sitting gig for family friends and was able to arrange for a last minute appointment.The owner/operator, Sean, who showed up 15 minutes early, came across as a courteous and affable individual.Asked him about how "pet safe" his cleaning agents/processes were for the household dogs here and he assured me that his company only used eco-friendly products.Not only was the price for the job reasonable but once he got set up, he was like a machine. Finished the entire job, including removing some stains on the living room carpet from the mud I had carelessly tracked in during the heavy rains a few weeks ago, in a relatively short time without cutting any corners.Will definitely be calling him again and plan on recommending EcoGreen to all my friends, as well.

Things that make finding an affordable cleaner hard:

- Small apartment (I have a studio ~150 sq ft): cleaners have minimums in sq ft (~300) 

- Downtown high-rise/no street parking: they need to bring a portable unit (at least my building has an elevator)

About the actual cleaning:

Sean got out all the major spots/stains I pointed out. Please note though, I do this roughly once a year and don't wear shoes indoors, nor do I have any pets and I don't smoke, so my carpet isn't ever insanely dirty before a cleaning.

BONUS points:

- came 15 minutes early to drop off his stuff and then find parking (I'm

used to cleaners setting a window of minimum 1 hour and then often calling to change or delay; no one's ever come EARLY)

- left a bottle of carpet cleaner for future spills

- offered to help move the furniture back in places

- cleaned a rug I had at no extra charge

Before I moved into my new place I wanted to get the carpet professionally cleaned and it was important that they also used natural and safe products since my son likes to crawl and lay around on the floor. Sean was very understanding and knowledgeable about the products, and went into detail about the process and steps. The rate was reasonable and they accommodated my last minute weekend request. The results was fantastic. Great customer service!

We called EcoGreen Carpet's spur of the moment Sunday morning, only to greeted by a friendly professional named Sean. I introduced myself and asked if he could quote on carpet cleaning in our home which Sean was able to provide an approximate quote; of course sight unseen. Sean did a great job today on our very dirty carpet. He checked throughout for pet stains and gave them special treatment, vacuumed twice to get out all the loose dirt and hair, and then quickly and efficiently shampooed the carpet. That earned him five stars, but there were two bonuses on top of that: He was available at short notice (we got stood up by another company), and the charge for the work was very reasonable even though the job was certainly more difficult than he had anticipated. Will call him again.

I am so excited! My carpets were FILTHY a few hours ago. I thought I

would have to buy new carpets but like magic, my carpets look like bran

new-thanks to ecogreen carpet care. The guy that cleaned them was so

Sean has recently started out, on his own Carpet Cleaning business. Sean has had many years of experience working with me, Cronan Carpet Cleaning. He has been trained to do, exactly what I've been doing for 25 successful years in the business. Sean did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and he'll do just as good cleaning yours. A family member offered up my house for a holiday party last minute. I needed my carpets cleaned ASAP! I didn't have much time to search for a reputable company.
